I’m located in Noble Park VIC, joined tpg on 15/04/2020. NBN was working perfectly till yesterday’s morning but it stopped working by 8 AM. My husband is working from home and I am studying online my multiple assignments are due and there’s no internet!! Called on helpline whole day but no one answered! This sucks! Checked with other friends located in same area but they’ve no issues at all! Tried resetting the modem and troubleshooting but nothing worked!!! Poor customer service they’ve!
