I have been trying to arrange to move my NBN with me to a new premises, however as no one in your apparent customer service area would like to talk to me and your web/internet site continues to refer me to one of them, its seems nothing can be done. As a share holder i am extremley disappointed with you as a company, Immediately cancel my TPG NBN account. As in, right the ** now from this date, the 4/05/2020. going forward Since you have no online mechanism, here's my (Customer ID: 5997988) ACCC law requires the provision of the ability to cancel/unsubscribe from services at any time when outside of contract. Your customer service is disgusting and i intend to lodge a complaint with the odbudsman & ACCC. Cancel it now. DO NOT CHARGE ME AGAIN. Please confirm that this action has been taken.
