Hello mods, as the 7 x tpg live chat staff are getting me no information and building to my frustration I am hoping you can help here. Sim arrived faulty 3 weeks ago(tried on 3 different unlocked phones, all say no sim inserted. I asked for a replacement sim to be sent out. I was advised to wait a few business days. 1 week passed nothing. I contacted tpg again they said we have no replacment sim order in the system.... I asked again to put a replacment sim order in. They did and said wait a few business days(7 days past still nothing). Again contacted tpg asking where it is and was told i would receive a call back from someone within 24hrz. No callback. It is week 3 and understandably I lodged a TIO complaint now. Please advise what happened here?
