I have returned 3 modems to TPG.  For each one I have received an email reminder to return it, days AFTER aus post says it has been delivered.  Each time it has taken a painful phone call to get the returns people to check.  Why can't TPG send an acknowledgement email whern a modem has been recieved?   Has anyone else had this problem? ... Work uses AOVPN.  I had a Sagemcom 5G router which connected fine.  This has been replaced with a Nokia FastMile router, and I can no longer connect. This is from our IT guy; AOVPN uses IKEv2 (UDP 500 & 4500). I've tried adding in port triggering for 500 and 4500 TCP/UDP and UDP only but still can't connect. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm in West End, Brisbane.  Ove the past 3 days our internet keeps dropping out and from the LEDs on the front, it also looks like the modem is rebooting.  I've tried calling support but after being on hold for over 1 hour I've given up. Has anyone else experienced this? ... View more
