Hello, I've recently hooked up NBN50 at my residence and am getting 3-6mbps download speeds despite using multiple speed tests which show 40-50mbps. My neighbour is with internode and gets 20-30 mbps on a nbn50 plan, so the node distance is not an issue. I've done all the steps provided in the slow internet speed help section and it doesn't not help. If a staff member could PM me so I can provide my mobile number for a phone call because I can't stand to waste another 2 hours of my life like last night, chatting to a rude and condescending staff member in private chat that wants to up-sell me NBN 100 when I can't even manage one tenth of the quoted speed!
