They never call when they say are going to or keep me updated

Can u push it through earlier or im just going to have to go with another provider . Never took this long before.

Yes I know, my kids are falling behind I. School work due to lack of communication and internet not be installed yet

I have been waiting so long for my connection, if it's not on soon I will have to change providers .
