Hi TPG team I’ve been suffering from severe dropouts on my FTTB connection. Today the connection has completely stopped and using the TPG app reports that my internet connection is offline. I have been waiting on the support line for hours and the chat app does not work (does not even let me connect - as TPG is assisting others).
