Can anyone tell me the date by which this needs to occur?  Is it being staggered, or is there a hard deadline for all tpg email addresses?   I stumbled across the information about The Messenger Co/transfer accidentally while logging into 'the post office' while I was overseas. I don't recall receiving an email about it personally (but if it just looked like marketing comms, I would have deleted it without reading it).   Can anyone advise? Have not been able to send messages from my tpg email address to my father or to another email address of my own for a few months now. Both recipient email addresses are from the same domain name which is hosted by  "Crazy Domains"".  I have reached out to Crazy Domains and they are stating that it's an issue with TPG, and have given me the attached screenshot.  Have also suggested I require a new IP from TPG.  How do I go about doing this? Friend attempted to send me an email from a gmail email address to my tpg email address but received the following error. Any ideas what caused this? My father tried to send me an email to my TPG email address yesterday, and the email still hasn't come through.  He received the following bounceback. Hi there, I am on ADSL and have no internet connection. Modem lights are lit up as normal. I have checked the phone line, and there are no issues with that, have also tried changing cables but to no avail. I have also turned the modem on and off but it had no effect. I believe the modem is about 2 years old. Any ideas? I have sent an email to TPG tech support last night but they haven’t responded. Also downloaded their app to try support via that but it doesn’t recognise my username and password (yet the username and password works on their website without issue). ... View more
