Our service has been constantly dropping out over the last days. Currently down now. I have tried all the trouble shooting guides, however it keeps occurring. Can you please investigate

Hi David, We noted our first dropout 45mins after NBN tech left. It’s back up now, however I will let you know if it continues.

Hi there - we are encountering regular dropouts with our service. We have checked for outages with TPG and NBN and nothing related to our area. Please help as this has become very frustrating. Thanks
