Hi there, The NBN website says that there is an unplanned incident affecting the network in this area. It unhelpfully also says "We are investigating a network outage in this area. As a result, you may experience a partial or total loss of connectivity. Restoration is underway. For more information, please contact your service provider." Tired of connecting to TPG Support. 1-2 hrs of wait time. TPG doesn't take customers seriously. I am trying to resolve my case for 2 days and got no help whatsoever. Only being connected to some case manager who never picks the phone. Currently on wait for 1.5 hrs to talk to Case Manager while the rep promised it would be only around 5 mins.
