Hi, We need help and cant get through to your customer service. We are still waiting for our NCD. We have received our nbn modem 10 days ago, but are still waiting for the NCD. We keep getting the following sms message: "TPG Important Reminder: Your NBN service is awaiting activation. You're required to connect your NBN modem. For instructions, visit link.tpg.com.au/EDKjOZ" How can we complete our installation when we havent received the NCD? Please contact us as I cant reach you.
