I don't think it's my network name I used at home causing the problem.   It's to do with the modem or the network as the internet LED indicator light on the modem was off with rest of the LAN indicator lights on. My suspicion is either the modem is playing up or the NBN line.   When there is no internet from the modem or NBN line, clearing the browser cahce is not going to help   Regards, Hui Bin ...
