I need someone to explain to me why night, after night, my internet speed is on average between 2 and 6mbps. This is after I have recently PAYED EXTRA! To acquire the higher speed plan for which I have $60per month deducted from my account. If I was to only pay $2 to $6 per month after promising to pay the $60 would you not be upset and demanding action be taken? How is this fair?
