Hi TPG, I was ported out last week without my consent to Optus, I started a port reversal and yesterday afternoon my service came back on the TPG network, I can receive calls and sms however I am unable to make calls, send sms or use data. I have called up the Call center however I am told its going to take 3-5 business days to investigate this. How can I get my mobile service working again? Thanks.
