Hi, I do not know how customer service care about you when it doesnt exist... I've been waiting for 12h a call back from the technical support and NBN technician who was supposed to come, actually come to my former address. It is not likely to be an NBN issue because the landlord was able to use it without any problem. I think that TPG processes are not that great and I should have gone away for a long time... For any new customers hesitating to sign for TPG, I would definitively not recommend it.
