We have had no internet since last night (it's now 4pm).  I have checked and there is no NBN outage, and no service outage listed on the TPG website for our area. Address is in Black Rock, VIC 3193.   All steps in fault finding have been done, twice, still no good.   I have rung your tech support several times today only to get the message "call back again later".   Can someone get back to me about this please. ... So, we selected TPG for NBN. Got the invoice before the service is connected, which included a $300 NBN "new development charge". The charge is incorrect, this is not a new development, the house has been in the same place since 1974, and the NBN cable is already at the premises, and ready to be connected.    Was on a chat for 3 hours trying to get someone to reverse the eroneous charge, but gave up while  waiting for a "case manager" to pick up the chat...
