Hi How do I find out when my payment cycle is and how to set up a slightly later but hopefully still on time payment?

Does anyone know how I get TPG to text me so that my nbn service is connected? The nbn person came out today and the modem and nbn is all setup, but I’ve been waiting 2 hours and the ‘green’ light for internet still won’t show.
