Hi, I have had constant issues since cancelling my adsl. I requested that my emails be kept and pay a yearly feel to retain them. It now looks as though everything has been cancelled and I have no access to them.

I have just cancelled my adsl2+ service but kept my emails running. Since doing this I’ve only been able to receive emails and not send them. Can someone please assist with this? Thank you.

No one has cars us but I just received an email saying my service has been cancelled. But no mention of keeping my email addresses running. Can you please look into this as soon as possible as I need them to stay running for at least the next 12 months. Maybe longer. Thank you.
