So, I’m sitting here with a modem that hasn’t connected to the internet in more than 24h. Just sits there, DSL light blinking.   Hopped onto the TPG website and tried to chat with a customer representative, and nothing works. The Javascript console shows a slew or exceptions which makes me wonder what incompetent dimwit builds and deploys that code—obviously and conviniently skipping over what we in the trade call “testing”.   And chatbot Lester asks how it could help, without even bothering to read my message in the first place which clearly stated the problem.
