@Thea hello, it it seems to have stabilised again for now. The internet light in on and I can connect to the internet. regards

@Thea Hello, yes the connection did come back but as of today the same issues is happening. The internet light on the router of off, and I have reset the router multiple times. I am getting the “not a private connection” error as well.

Hello @Shane we have multiple devices connected at the time it was Apple TV mainly, but also tablets and phones. We experience dropouts on all of them even the ps4 (which is connected via cable)

Was watching a movie when the internet dropped out, tried to restart router and got “this connection is not private” message. i have now logged into my router and the gateway cannot connect to the internet. Wondering if there is cable issues in Melbourne
