Hi,    We have been instructed to plugin and turn on our new NBN connection device and wireless modem. We did this several hours ago but the router is still not showing as connected to the internet.    We have FTTC).   I can see from https://www.tpg.com.au/support/trackmyorder the message is:     Your installation is progressing.
