Hi, @Vichditch  Have you tried to fully power cycle the ARRIS modem ? i.e. remove the power adapter cable, and leave it off for at  least  3 - 5 minutes.  Is there also a possible weather condition affecting the area, high winds, storms etc,.  P.S. there were no known or reported outages in your area earlier, when I checked.  ...
