New nbn connection

Hi, I’ve just had my nbn equipment delivered, have the activation text etc. I followed all the instructions to plug it all in. But no internet light. I have tried resetting both the NCD and the router but no change. The NCD has a blue power light and the blue link button is also on. The router has the power light, 2.4G & 5G lights on. Please help. ADSL Light OFF

Hi, my ADSL light if off on my modem. The modem has been playing up lately so I did a reset. Then I re-entered all the configurations. It was working for a little while, but now the only lights that are on, are the power light, WLAN light and the ethernet cable light.  A technician was suppose to contact me yesterday but nobody did.
