Hi Team, I received an email saying TPG received a request to transfer to another provider. I have been charged an early exit fee. I didn’t make that request and called TPG to reverse the request however Wendy from TPG Accounts said it couldn’t be undone and she would have to set up another account with a new phone number for me including an extra fee. TPG can’t say who or where the request came from. Wendy said she would call me back with a solution however after 3 hours waiting I called her however she still couldn’t give me a solution and said she would call me back. That was another 4 hours ago and I still don’t have a resolution. The phone hasn’t worked for 3 days now. It seems like I’ll have to go through the Telecommunications Ombudsman. Hi, we have just had TPG internet connected and a new landline however we can’t call the landline from any Optus mobile. Telstra and Vodafone connect but not Optus. There isn’t an Optus outage. Can someone please give a suggestion to fix the problem. Thanks ... View more
