There was severe weather a couple of days ago. The internet speed has drastically slowed afterwards. The wifi icon still shows full bar. However although apps give notifications that there are new messages, can’t see the actual content of the message when opening the app and can’t open new windows (refer to photo). I have checked but there is no outage or planned maintenance in my area. I have tried turning on and off the modem and ran tests but nothing helped.
