Hi staff, My previous payment way is not avaliable, so my phone account is expired. However, after I update my payment way and my bank account shows that the payment is completed, my phone account still has been expired for 3 days. Could you help me? My phone number is ****. My system shows that an existing payment transaction is in progress, so I cannot do any payment actions. Yongbo

Thanks for your response. Currently, I have called the service number of your company, my phone number is avaliable now. However, I find a question in my account. My Amount owing was originally -289, so I add 300 to the prepaid balance account. Then my amount owing becomes -589. Why? I need to pay more? Any reason? Yours, YB

Hi staffs, I recently attempted to perform an outgoing call from my phone, but when I received a message from TPG that my account is expired and I need to contact TPG Customer Support. What can I do about this? I find that my TPG account can not be logged in. Thanks,
