Hi @clarets6 ,   Thanks for raising this to us. In the event that you are on POP3 Email, it is by default that emails will be deleted after 45 days. The only way you can retain the emails is to use an email client and download all those email to your device. If the computer has been reformat, we will raise this to our Postmaster if its possible to retrieve the emails.   Please shoot me a private message with your account details (Username/Customer ID together with the e-mail address affected) also include the date and possible subject line of the emails.
