Hi I've recently contacted the community because I cannot access my account to change my credit card details for a payment because it says I need a code that is sent to an old mobile number that I no longer own. I was contacted by the privacy team asking to verify my identity but I don't currently have photo ID, I emailed them back days ago asking if i could use another form of ID but with no response.
