Hi Basil,   That's for coming back to me with that information.   I can confirm it is still happening at least once a day unfortunately, where my internet cuts out and the NBN box resets and all lights go off. And it comes back online 5 minutes later. The times are very sporadic when it happens, sometimes during my work calls in the day, and sometimes when I am gaming at home. I receieved a text message from TPG notifying that NBN will be doing a maintaince next Wednesday 16/12 in my area. I hope this resolves the issue. I wish they were doing it sooner like today. Hi there,   I have been having severe packet loss over the past week - only just started happening about a week ago. The TPG internet has been flawless until now.   During play of video games, the game suddenly freezes up and lags out before coming good again, this last usually about 3-5 seconds at a time. I thought it was the game, so tried a whole bunch of different things to try and fix it, but then while playing a different video game the same thing was happening, packet loss dropping all the way to 200%, so I knew it can't be the game, must be something to do with the internet.   I've unplugged, reset, and even played around in the modem settings, before setting it back to how it was, but can't seem to fix it or get it sitting smooth again.   Can you please look into this TPG?
