I too am recieving very poor service. Everytime i get a phone call, i have to explain again and go through the same tests we should not be charged any fee for a service that isnt provided - infact we should get a refund. I have never recieved the advertised 50mb/s - generally 25mb/s i have been with TPG for 6 years, but will be leaving very soon.

Hi I have been trying to restrict youtube access on the parental control using the blacklist feature. Any keyword i put in this does not work. If i put a keyword in the whitelist it does work, but obviously will only allow access to that perticular site. I have followed: https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/Broadband-Internet/Archer-VR1600v-Parental-Control/td-p/33195 but the blacklist does not work. time zone is correct any help appreciated.
