New FTTC customer, Phone line has a dial tone but then constantly beeps.

Hi,   Just got connected today and my Phone is connected like the demonstrations into phone port 1. There is a dial tone and the number dials but then I'm met with a loud constatnt beep/shrill.   Cheers, Dale ... View more
