Following instructions already given have set up email on Windows 10 but nothing has arrived, the Iinbox is empty. I have previously been on Mac, which I am typing on, but trying to move to new Window 10 computer. Despite hours on remote access with HP, TPG  and Mocrosoft cant get working on 10 or Outllook.
