I will probably get no love here as I have just left TPG after being with them for 7yrs. Gone to Spintel purley for cost reason's however I now have no VOIP as the firmware must be burnt into the router & I can't configure it. Was wondering if anyone from TPG would unlock it for me ?? Thanks

Hi Firmware is V100R001C216B112 Oh sorry, I wasn't even looking in the encryption mode drop down only the security mode. I will have a look.

Hi, my wifes phone is always disconnecting from the wifi on our Huawei HG659 since IOS14 with this notice Weak Security WPA/WPA2 (TKIP) is not considered secure. If this is your Wi-Fi network, configure the router to use WPA2 (AES) or WPA3 security type. Problem is this router does not have that, is there a fix or do I need to buy a new router ?? Thanks

Hi Just logged into my account & there is no information in there about my account billing or plan or anything ?? Is this to do with the Merg with Vodafone ???
