What also irks more despite the trace they still seem to want to test internal networks. Doesnt matter whether its wifi or ethernet they totally ignore the hop from modem to first tpg router. this issue isnt internal it is from the modem outbound, look at the evidence for freaking sake. running a speedtest.net will not tell you this (no idea why this was suggested as a troubleshooting step!!!!) I've nothing to hide, my CID is 687XXXX i think you misunderstood my post. I understand these things can take time. No worries there. What i am concerened about is TPG's communication with the customer. Its attrocious.
