Hi, My problem has not been resolved yet.I cannot send any more messages and I cannot connect to the internet again. The problem started again. If it's not resolved, I will have to cancel my subscription as I'm not even a month into the plan.

Hi, I was having this issue for the last 3 days and could only send messages using apple network (blue messages) but miraculously it appears to have been fixed and I can resend the messages which I could not earlier. I was not able to call local number nor send any messages for the last 3 days. Maybe there was an outage which got fixed. --Kennie

Hi, I'm on the $12.50 per month plan but cannot send sms or make any calls. My understanding was that the plan allowed unlimited national calls and sms but clearly this is not the case. If someone can get back to me on this so I can decide the next step. --Kennie
