This would be great if I could log into my account without having a code sent to my mobile number and high I no longer have. Instead I called customer service and was told I needed to complete online identification. I then had to complete an online form and wait for 2-3 days for someone to contact me. 2 days later, i get text and an email saying I’ve been texted (seriously?) and I need to prove who i am by taking a photo of my drivers license and then a photo of myself via an online form. I completed and submitted this. I still don’t know when I can update my mobile number on my account. I mean I understand there are security protocols but if banks and financial service companies can update my number over the phone by answering security questions - why is this taking days? And if it HAS to be this level of security, why do you have to wait to be sent a link? Why can’t you complete the identification photos when you complete the first form instead of waiting for a couple days just to be sent a link? All in all, it’s so ridiculous that it’s almost funny… what’s worse is, I bet the person who came up with this process was promoted, the person who did UAT is now in charge of all of IT and the person who approved it for release was given a huge bonus. ...
