Hi, i need to put some parental control wifi limits on my modem. Is this an easy thing to do? I'm not sure what my modem is and i'm out so can't look right now. we have had it for about 2 years.

Thank you for getting back to me. I called the tpg call help desk and someone (a small person in my house) pressed the wifi button off! It’s all back up and running.

Unable to connect to the wifi. All lights are on solid blue on nbn box except the LAN light is flashing blue. The tpg box all lights are green.

Can you pls help me? The lan light is flashing blue. No outages anywhere but cannot get wifi

Just switched to TPG for the nbn and we are unable to receive calls. We can make them but not receive. This is not making our switch over a happy one! Can someone please tell me why this is happening and how it’s fixed?
