I was on nbn50 plan, and upgraded to nbn superfaster plan early this morning, and received a confirmation email that my internet connection has been updated. However, internet is yet very slow, and the internet speed test at around 9pm is as follows; Ping 4ms, download speed 19.5mbps, Upload speed 12.8mbps. There’s no change from nbn50 plan, and even slower.. Does it normally take a few days to get faster internet even after received the confirmation email? ... View more
