Hi support,   Running Fibre to the Building (53-63 Spencer St). Been happening for a few months and I thought it was that I had overloaded my local router with smart wifi devices, but that is not the case. The modem supplied was a HG658, which I just use as my WAN link.    TPG recently supplied an updated modem (VR1600v), after I reported the issue. Classic It Crowd solution (Have you tried turning it off and on!). But issue continues.   Small sample of system logs below, but will attach log file to give full picture. OMG - you can't attach a txt file. The number of companies runnning badly written "customer service pages" written by script kiddies is driving me mad. Every interaction online lately makes me feel like I need to write a formal complaint about the fact that the writers of these pages must have never used them, must have no real world experiance at all.   I will copy the log file in below.
