Hi all, I've been trying to get my D-LINK - AX1500 Router to connect to my TPG FTTP NBN. I've had confirmation that the router is suitable but I just can't get it working. I've been back and forth with D-Link customer support and the last message stated "Make sure your username and password for PPPoE must be provided by TPG and it is an email format."
