Hi, I had an nbn tech come out again on the 16th, internet was partially okay for a couple days, but is now out for a third time. Available now or all day tomorrow.

Internet drops usually a few times a day for a few minutes each time and is currently out now and has been for nearly an hour. A tech that came out a while ago recommended getting a new modem.
