I just spent an hour on the phone getting transfered to different departments as they thought i was a business customer but am small business and its the same as residential customers,   I also tried to explain to the operators about this issue was already on here but they didnt really understand that,  they requested screen shots and send an email to nbnfaults@tpg.com.au   I will also send you the info so you can follow up   Thanks ...
