Hey, I just moved in a property and received my TPG modem tried connecting it but didnt work now either my connection isnt active from TPG yet or its not working because i dont have connection box but i couldn't find connection box on premises i see a port from NBN on wall but no box can anyone help me to identify what is the issue and do i need connection box at all ?
