NBNco technician didn't show up for appointment on Oct 12th as arranged by you. Connection was okay for a week or so, but we are back to numerous dropouts throughout the day. Hi My NBN 25 connection has constant drop outs of between 5 - 60 minutes every day. It's at different times of the day and I have done all the trouble-shooting steps, reset the router and checked the nbnco page for outages (none listed). I have been a TPG customer for over 20 years and this never happened with my old ADSL2 connection. Please help asap. ... View more
