I have received exactly the same email today supposedly from elainea@westnet.com.au. I did not click on any links and contacted TPG. They indicated that my account was up to date and that no attempt had been made to do any extra debits. They had last sent me a legitimate email in March. I have now blocked sender and deleted email. What staggers me about this one is the increased sophistication of the scam. Right through it sounds so authentic. Thank you for putting up this post.

Have had a strange one in the past two days. Unfortunately, unable to block anonymous calls as it also cuts off my friends with silent numbers. I ignore anonymous calls until the caller leaves a message. The one today and yesterday was a little unusual in that the ID came up as 0anonymous. Yesterday - no message, today a robocall with the internet disconnection scam. Has anyone else had their caller ID come up as 0anonymous?
