Hi there, I am having this exact problem too.  Can TPG please assist?  The error 404 message only appears when using wifi, but not on my main PC that is connected to the router.  I use Orbi to mesh the house for wifi.  I'm also not computer savvy and have no idea how to fix this!  Any help would be very much appreciated. thanks ...
