Hi, After the large storm in Brisbane on the weekend, our internet (NBN HFC) has not worked. The modem turns on, and the ethernet send/receive lights on the back of the modem are both solid lit up, and not flashing. The 3 lights on the front of the modem do not work at all, I'd quite obvious that the modem has been affected by a lightning strike and no longer working. The router inside has lost it's WiFi SSID as well? Which is weird. Just wondering, is this something that TPG/NBN will replace or will I be charged to replace the NBN Modem?
