Hi, I requested a new sim and specifically asked to keep my existing number active on my current tpg sim until i insert the replacement sim in a new phone. I've just received an email suggesting my current sim has been cancelled, with instructions to contact TPG immediately if this is incorrect. I'm calling you but it says you're too busy, and there is no option to join a phone queue. please let me know immediately how i can talk to someone to rectify this.
