Hi TPG Team,   First time I join the Community to ask for help. I'm not sure how to post my question, but I try it here. I can't make phone calls, send text messages or use mobile data. Every time I call, I hear the message that my account is about to expire, and that I should contact Service Team ... I did call and got a call back. The lady said there was a system issue regarding that and she'd file a request to have it fix for me, but nothing has been done yet. I also checked my acount and there are no outstanding balances.
