Ticket 10948507 Issue has been ongoing for roughly 3 weeks now, I called support on Friday 6th and was told an engineer would reach out in 24 hours (heard nothing). It's still happening (7-8th Novemeber) nbn dropping out at 7:10pm. I won't be suprised if it happen tomorrow at roughtly the same time. ... View more
